How to set-up usernames and passwords for the IIS FTP server in Win2K Advanced Server

IIS ftp service uses windows' native user accounts (local users and groups or Active Directory) for authentification purposes. If this is a security problem for you, you can switch to another ftp server that uses its own list of account for authentification ( the FileZilla server)

Is there a way to burn a CD on PC so it can be readable on mac?

ISO is fine only if you want to pass data files (html files and the likes). It won't work with executables and fancy files 'cuz IS09660 has no provision for resource forks (a mac file being in fact 2 files: a data fork and a resource fork). Just make sure that your video file is in quicktime format.
