Hello!
I have a problem running UT2004 on my Dell Inspiron 7559 laptop. It works in OpenGL mode, but certain things are not possible there, so that's only a last solution.
The problem is that when the renderer is D3D 8, the game only runs on the integrated Intel 530, even when it is instructed...
Thank you very much for your answer.
Do you think it could require so much power while idle and not scanning? Who would code such a monstrosity?
The battery is about a month and a half old.
If I boot the PC unplugged, SpyHunter doesn't load up. However, if I then manually start it (while...
Yeah, I haven't heard anything like that, either.
I tried everything, including reinstalling the whole thing following the instructions of the Help Desk (and yes, I mean SpyHunter's Help Desk) to do a "clean" reinstall.
The laptop doesn't crash when I remove the power cord, except when an...
Hello!
Please help me!
My problem is that I use SpyHunter4 (I know SH has a bad reputation, but the new versions work just fine, no scareware behavior or anything like that) on my laptop PC, and when I remove the power cord, it crashes, and makes the OS crash as well.
If I start the computer...
"Also, you'll usually need to use compatibility codes for most games. Those go in the antialiasing compatibility box near the top."
Where can I find such a box?
I have a question about my GTX 960M chip. You can force antialiasing in the nVidia control panel. However, the only options are MSAA and FXAA. I can't believe this chip doesn't support the oldest and simplest AA solution, SSAA!
How can I enable it? It's important, because some games won't work...
Thanks! Good idea. Doesn't work, though. Although Quake 2 doesn't tear in a normal window.
I realized what the roblem is: for some reason, these games require a frame rate below the refresh rate.
Oh, thanks! What I don't understand is why doesn't forcing vsync via drivers work. Doom 3 BFG even has an in-game limit to 60 FPS option, and that doesn't work either. Geforce Experience's "Battery Boost" FPS limiter does work, but that can only be used when the computer is actually not plugged...
Hi all!
I have a Dell Inspiron 7559 notebook with a Geforce GTX 960M GPU, and when I play Half-Life or Doom 3 BFG there is serious screen tearing. However, it disappears when the computer goes into battery saving mode. I'm sure that the games still use the nVidia GPU.
Does anyone have any...
