Do the 6800GT and 6800 Ultra use the same memory? Because GT is on the abundant side, compared to Ultra and the XT PE. Do Pro and XT PE use different memory? Pro seems to be slightly more available than XT PE... Perhaps it's a combination of yields on faster GDDR3 as well as yields on faster...
