    ah,i forgot: i have a celeron600 cB0,and i use the retail heatsink and a more powerful fan(23cfm) and it works at 945 with 1,65v or 1008 with 1,9v

    sorry but i think you made a mistake when you bought a 700 one...566 and 600,those cellys rock... Anyway,if you want to overclock it,you need a very well lapped heatsink,thermal compound and some voltage...try 1,8V if you are sure you have good cooling

    well..Tbirds are good cpu's...a pal of mine has a TB 850 and it was a bit faster that my celly at 945 and a bit slower that my celly at 990,in a fpu intensive 3D app....But the via chipsets..yuk...The best combo should be:intel chipset and TB cpu..:) BUt the whole issue here was about voltage.

    well...from 2 to 2.3v..thats 15% extra voltage In my box...1.5 to 1.9 thats 27% !!!

    well..you just increased the volts with 10%... But from 1.5 to 1.9 are 27%....

    ok,so i have a celeron 600. If i want it to be 100% stable at 1008,i need to set the voltage at 1,9v When it is at 1g and 1,9v,it never heats up over 40 celsius.Maybe 41 max.. My question is: would it last,lets say,one year at that voltage/temperature?
