If you have all of the hardware, do the raid 0. Things will load faster. You will have a little less reliabilty because if either drive fails, you loose all the data on the array, but you should be backing up everything important anyway. The drives you have are good quality and should run...

Is the clip that comes with that Alpha PAL6035 really that bad?

jsbush, not only did I understand your message (scary, I know) but I would like to know if your readout voltage vs your set voltage does change when you go to the WZ bios. You may be on to something here.

I am running Memman Mosel 133 at 133(HCLK+PCICLK) CAS 2 and the UL bios with no stability problems whatsoever. Even my USB seems to behaving itself. If it aint broke... and I've also read, and proven with benchmarks, that "normal" is actually the fastest and most stable of the memory...

OC'ing Celeron 600mhz

My 2 kids have "hand me down" Cel 533s running at 880 on Abit BM6 boards and have been doing great for months. Make sure you have good quality memory and excellent cooling. I built mine with 3dfxcool.com lilmofo cooler. Cheap, effective and lifetime warranty.

WW bios for Abit KT7.

I have the UL bios with a Tbird 900@1100 with the bios settings absolutely tweeked, CAS2 etc. Two Maxtor 30GB 7200 in raid 0. Absolutely stable and fast. My USB scanner even works! I'm not going anywhere near the W series.

Question about KT-7 Raid

Go with the raid, only if you can attach only one raid drive on each raid channel (both master drives, no slaves). If you have them sharing a channel with each other, or other devices, you will take a large speed hit. If you need to attach 8 devices and share the raid channels, don't bother...

What to expect from a Celery 433?

I ran TWO systems with Cel 433s at 540 very successfully BM6 MBs. Sufficient CPU and Case cooling is absolutely necessary. I then upgraded my Abit BM6 motherboard Bios and stuck in Cel II 633s that are still running at 880. I am using a 3DFXCool LilMoFo fan and heatsink in both systems...
