Question Samsung Galaxy S7 out of space

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that is out of space, I also have an SD card in it, but cant move 90% of the apps and I cant seem to get the phone to recognize it as default storage. What can I do to fix this?

Welp... updated my Asus Prime X370-Pro mobo to the latest Bios 0803 with AGESA 1006 and I still cant get my 3000MHz Trident Z RGB sticks to run at 2993 :-(

How do I return to an old Bios? is it just the same exact way you update to the most current one (load bios file you want onto usb and install through bios?)

Dual Bios

I understand that Dual Bios can seriously help if you ever happen to brick the main Bios during an update.... but what are some of the cons of getting a mobo with a dual bios? or if there are no cons to having a second bios why dont all enthusiast level motherboards have dual bios?

Managed to finally get mine to 3.9GHz (not prime95 stable, but video game and bench marking stable) R7 1700 3.9 @ 1.4v ASUS Prime X370-Pro GSkill Trident Z RGB 3000MHz set at 2666MHz (highest I could get to boot) idle times are around 30c but during gaming sessions it sits at 65-70C with spikes...

I'm having some issues with my new build... I have a 1700 with an ASUS Prime X370-Pro with the latest BIOS 0504 and I cannot seem to be able to chance the core ratio or the option to change the BCLK to overlock my CPU. :-(
