pencils grease and heat???

If I remove the heat sink (TAI-SOLI) on my TBIRD 1.0 in order to connect the L1 bridge and thus unlock the multiplier.... Do I need to get another piece of that band-aid like thermal tape (if so where do I get it) or should I apply a dolup of thermal paste/grease to the afore mentioned...

Yeah, I've heard a lot about the KT133A, but I haven't seen any tests or results. I'm not in a big hurry and my main concern is stability. My main goal is to build the most stable system possible, not the best gamer or the most "overclockable." Been there, done that, had fun, moving...

No, it's not the PC150 it's listed as PC133. ] Should I get the PC150 instead??? I figured that PC133 would offer the best compatibility.
