If you mean, using computers to create human viruses then definitely the scenario can be reversed.

Well from what I read, 3D stacks will have holes filled with some sort of special electrolyte
(which probably does not exist yet). This fluid will passively cool the inner stacks while the outermost layer will have the heatsink connected to it. The fluid will also maintain electrical contact...
GPUs will probably use 3D die to increase their computing power once die shrink is not possible anymore. You know, just like SSDs have gone to using 3D NAND instead of planar NAND.
This is just a speculation. I am no expert.
He can get the s12ii from ebay.in for Rs 5950 ( http://www.ebay.in/itm/111473113364?aff_source=Sok-Goog)
and cheaper if he buys locally. I know because I am also in India :)
The m12ii is tough to find though.
Why would he need a 750w PSU? I think he can go for an m12ii 520. The money saved can be used to get an i5 7600( Rs18,479) if he doesn't want a ryzen just yet.
Go for hyper 212x or 212 led (which ever is cheaper)
Also, I would recommend going for a cheaper processor to get a better GPU if gaming is the primary concern.
Guess I will go for a seasonic s12ii 520 or an s12g 550.
Apart from the obvious higher efficiency, do gold rated PSU's have an advantage in terms of longevity?

Hi
As the title says, my pc does not boot on pressing the power button, but all the fans start spinning(there is no display or beep)
I was having a problem where my pc would freeze with the appearance of a coloured screen.
To determine if the GPU was faulty I swapped it with an old 9400gt and...
My PC has recently developed a problem where it freezes with the appearance of a solid randomly coloured screen while doing a resource intensive task. This happens around 15 minutes into a game but much quicker if I stress test my gpu(with furmark)
I checked the temps on my gpu and it stays...
