Hard to say. I was considering the LX trim. According to Trucar.com it'd be difficult with the EX but I don't take Truecar.com too seriously. With the right technique and the right timing I think it could be done granted you don't stack up the options on the EX.

I was just thinking as much. Knowing her, she may like the Kia the most since it's the closest to the minivan ride, higher, roomier and boxier. If the Kia is of good reliability, buying one would save us a few grand. I'd just like to get the input of recent owners.

Yeah when most people hear the name Kia they think cheap crap as I often have. I lot of more recent owner reviews seem to be to the contrary. I'm not a brand loyalist as much as i am a good product and bang for buck loyalist.

Ordered the free AM4 bracket kit for my Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler. Saves me some $$ there. I was also able to prevent Win 10 from upgrading my current PC. Have Win 10 Pro and Win 10 LTSB ready for my next build.

On the subject of CPU fans, I have a left over new Cooler Master Hyper EVO 212 Plus. With a free kit it becomes AM4 compatible. Problem is it's out of stock at Cooler Master (free) and others online sell it for too much. Thats a bummer, could have saved me a little $.

Hmm, I wonder what the difference is between Killer and Fatal1ty. They're very close in cost but Killer has wireless LAN which I use. Are you using 2x16GB modules? I'd likely go with 4x8GB in the end. I have an extra Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus CPU cooler but not sure if AM4 compatible.

So Ryzen, like the 7700K, is only supposed to work with Win 7. I didn't know that. So how does that utility work? Is that an ASRock propriety utility? Wow, this OS incompatibility issue sucks. If Ryzen is a better choice I have no objections. I'll look further into it.
