A VPN can be used to hide your online activities from your ISP, it can be used to hide your identity from any sites you visit, it can be used to secure your transmissions on a public WiFi network, it can be used to get around censorship and geo-blocking. What a VPN will not do is protect you...

LOTRO : Mordor

Hmm. Haven't played it since Helm's Deep, three years ago I guess. Just got tired of it. For Mordor however, I'll jump back in. My SO will hate me. This better be worth it Turbine/Standing Stone Games :p

What are some of the best free multi player experiences you've had?

I've been having fun with Last Man Standing. Not quite as good as PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds IMHO, but free is free.

VPN that can be used on a standard user account?

Ditto. I run PIA on a standard Win 10 account without issues. Likewise for ibVPN (though I do prefer PIA for its simplicity).

Proxy service ?

Technically, nothing. But, among other things, a VPN is in the business of providing privacy. An ISP is not. If a VPN provider starts capturing and selling data, especially if their Terms of Service states they don't do it (always read those ahead of time BTW... they're not that scary to go...

PS4 games

Get Dying Light (the enhanced edition). The game is awesome. It's over 2 years old now so you should be able to easily find it sub $20. In fact, I think I recently saw it on Amazon for around that much. I paid full price when it first came out and it was worth every penny.

Has anyone else encountered a forced password change on Paypal?

Had the same thing happen recently (I think around the same time as OP), and for the first time in many, many years. All my passwords are randomly generated, 20 char+ in length, and include numbers, upper and lower case, and symbols. Not sure why they made me do it either, but I guess...
