The tweakui for XP (comes in the MS XP powertoys free download) has something called auto-logon that looks like it might be what you're looking for. I've never used it tho so I don't know if it works.
Home edition has one also - maybe it wasn't enabled? You can find it on the advanced tab of your connection properties. Better to use ZoneAlarm anyway IMO.
Here's another one. I'm running it on XP and it works great. It actually takes the files and incorporates them into a .exe file for installation as a .scr so you can save it, send it, whatever. Can also add sound files.

Try emptying your cart and starting through ebates/CatalogCity instead of MasterCard Exclusives. I got a choice of VISA, MasterCard, AmEx. Discover or Diners Club when I got to checkout.
Why would you need a Mastercard? I went through ebates and did a search for Casual Living. It shows up near the bottom of their first page as a special. Unless I'm blind there was no mention of Mastercard.
