    Plz Help!!! (desperate)

    I think your best bet would be to put the HDD that has the files you need off it into the other computer. Set that HDD as slave on the same IDE cable, so your pc still boots from the normal drive.. Then when winxp starts, you should see the additional hdd. Just a case of grabbing the files...

    I believe that if someone broke into my house with the intent to steal - they are going to get knocked up in a bad way before the cops arrive. I believe that if someone broke into my house with the intent to harm myself or my family - they are dead. simple philosophy :) Cheers! -Rod
