About the original post, is it now impossible to get to $649 before rebate? I'm only able to get it down to $818.
This is with the 2.6 ghz HT.
Thanks for any help!
Does anyone know of a retailer to whom I could return an unopened piece of software for store credit, or better yet, for a refund?
They seem to abhor software returns across-the-board.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Thanks Jim, nice post. I've been looking for a briefcase. Now this is perfect for me. I can buy something else that's cool, and get a briefcase too!
Tho I don't understand the link question also. Oh well.
Hmmm...doesn't look like anybody's local for me. Wonder if it's worth a 60 mile trip to San Francisco?
Looks like I could get 5 on the 20th all around the city.
Maybe I can take my stoner friends down for an incredible 4/20 experience. Get them all really high at Haight/Ashbury, then everybody...
slycat, what don't you understand?
kewl, it is true that eCallPlus does have better airtime rates. Bottom line cost per any given period of time is the same though. AT&T offers local phone numbers in areas not covered by eCallPlus, the one pertinent to me being the whole of the San Francisco...
The Free2Go Prepaid phones act like a normal cell phone no matter where you are. In my experience, incoming calls still come through while roming out of my home area. I was on the national plan, but I believe it's also the same for the (more minutes for the same amount of money) local plan...
Recieved in the mail on March 30 from AT&T:
"stay connected for only $10 - on April 2, 2002, the new $10 AT&T Free2Go Wireless card will be available."
The cards will (as all their other cards do) last for 45 days, and any time you have remaining will be rolled over if you add a new card. If...
This seems to be quite a toasty deal to me, as the phone generally retails for upwards of $100.
My first deal, so please go easy if I screw something up.
The phone is expandable to up to 4 handsets. the digital answering machine has 23 minutes of recording time. I've had mine in for a few days...
Could someone please email me the rebate? I'm curious as to the requirements of it, and I can't reach the copy that is supposedly hosted on angelfire.
My email is: anandtech@epochmedia.net
Thanks!
I checked my saved version of the rebate FROM TDK's website.
It says nothing of "participating retailers".
I downloaded this copy on Jan. 09, 2001. I've put up a copy at my website if anyone is interested in looking.
This is the UNMODIFIED (except for the save-tag that MSIE adds)...
Has anyone in California ordered and recieved this drive from NECX (Gateway Accessory) Store? I ordered mine on Saturday Jan. 6 and haven't recieved it yet.
The UPS tracking information said it had been "delivered" in Texas and hasn't changed since that appeared. So I called Gateway...
A few questions:
#1 - Why, if Best Buy sells these drives, are they not listed on bestbuy.com anywhere?
#2 - Does anyone know if the stock for items ordered at CompUSA.com is different than local store stocks? I checked their website on Dec. 31 at about 1:00 pm Pacific Time and they were no...
