    Eat....the doctor will more than likely ask you what you ate, give you a blood glucose test in the office, take blood and urine samples and maybe send you the next morning for a fasting blood glucose test.....no eating for you tonite!     Most of the cashiers don't know about the rebates since the rebates print after the item is paid for it prints with the reciept.....I think the chances are good if you bring the Omax ad into CC and have them PM and you should get the rebate to boot.
