I am very curious about I/O, particulary IF2 speed and memory latency. AMD kniws that whole internet was talking about high memory latency... I think they fixed it.

Everythink is leak until AMD officialy confirms it. About the frequency we can expect that ZEN2 IPC is higher than ZEN+. People are getting 2kp in CB R15 with 4,4GHz with R7 2700x.
Is core perf. big problem with ryzen? NO
Is CCX architecture a problem? NO

Let me correct my self. ES sample did not run at 4,5GHz all core. If it did then IPC = ZEN+

Well I do too. I play MMO where CPu is quite big thing in some scenarios... Well ryzen does great job against my old CPU, I enjoy it a lot. Anyway when I build PCs then FPS do matter to me, cause every one wants to know what he is buying.

If I/O is low latency (high freq) then probably it will use more power ~20W which means 55W for CPU * 1,4 for AVX 512 = 77W *...

Why we haven't see wider GCN? I mean... R9 290X are as wide as RX VEGA 64.
7870 was was as 7970 while they step up and made wider arch for R9 290/X. I have to say R9 290X OC (R9 390X) is really good even today... even beats GTX 980TI in BF V.

I don't that chiplet design will offer lower latency, they might offer lower avg. latency ( 65-75ns) with TR but with naples and lower clock probably 100ns.
Personally I don't need PC for work anymore, mostly hobby.. and games. So 144Hz-240Hz is all I want and hopefully R3000 will be good...
Don't dream about it. 16C way to high for AM4. Actually there is not much space for dual chiplets 7nm+ 14nm chiplet at all.. then power deliver/pins and so on. You have to understand that ZEN2 is way larger than ZEN/ZEN+. There is also support for 512bit AVX which will be competitive with intel...

I think zen or ryzen 3000 on AM4 will be single die 8C. Thats all. AM4 costumers don't need 16C, most of boards are not ready (mybe for low power 16C).

I think he didn't point something out. You are never going to get that clocks on stock cooler. Grabbing R5 2600 with good llc ram should be faster at stock than i5 8400.

Why forcing? there is zero difference in bench where CPU is at 100%. I don't see the problem.
Game engines are design to work that way and simply this is how consoles are design. Only 2MB of LLC... You don't need LLC to be shared. Every Core has 2MB of own LLC cache and can access up to 8MB of LLC.
