I think that that method of spamming ad clicks works better with a browser history that has already been to many different websites to build up a whole lot of nonsense data that ad companies can't decipher.
I think we have a misunderstanding of what I mean when I say I'm not counting calories. I don't weigh out my food or get a measuring cup when I pour a glass of milk. but I have a good idea of what I'm eating and how many calories I'm taking in. But I will take your advise and start tracking them...
