Hi, I have seen some EFI for broadwell-EP but in general it is confirmed it works only on Haswell-EP.
In other words I think it will not work on your v4 CPU and you need to have v3 xeon type of processor/
I use Asrock Taichi x99 and it's quite good.
Not sure if I understand correctly but E5-2650V3 is quite bad for gaming due to max turbo @ 3.0 GHZ.
I suggests using like e e5-2697 v3 (@3.6 GHZ turbo) (cheaper) or e5 2696 v3 (@3.8 Turbo)
or cheaper Xeon E5-2687W v3

-70-50-50 @ 1.9VCCIN with 104 mhz BCLK(over this my nvme driver throws randomly BSOD]

I have tested several and I cannot go any better than 13c - x36, 14c - x35.
Currently I'm using yours v3x4-0.10b-i306f2-rc9_90_50_50.efi (but tested a lot of them) and basically for all of them I'm getting the same results...
Is this 18 cores at 38x ?
Just used your undervolting profile (v3x4-0.10b-i306f2-rc9_90_50_50.efi, thanks !) and was able to achieve 13 at x36 and 14 at x35 (at 101 mhz bclk). My e5 2697 v3 [qs] also has 145 TDP ... that's why I'm asking if it's max turbo on all cores :)
Someone with E5-2698 v3 should provide their max frequency speeds but from the max turbos perspective both looks the same yet 2698 v3 has two more cores :)
I had for e5 2697 v3[QS] :
1-11 cores - turbo 3.6 ghz (x36)
12-13 cores - turbo 3.5 ghz (x35)
14 cores - turbo 3.4 ghz (x34)
But now I see the x37 can be even achieved ... need to check that :)

When I load v3.efi it says the Microcodes are present.
On second bios I have version 1.40 and the v3.efi does work there ... yet...
Hi does anyone has already modified Asrock Taichi x99 bios in version 1.80 ? I ask cause I already was using the one in 1.40 but due adding new nvme drive I need new bios :(

Hi all, big thanks for all for the instructions! So far the gain is not great, compared to other results, but the processor was already @3.1Ghz at all 14 cores -> e5 2697 v3 [QS] now is @3.4 Ghz all cores.
