Right now I'm using the little wifi/bluetooth card that ships with the motherboard, and moving the second 1070 down a slot would evict that card. Eventually I'll remove the wifi card and add two more GPUs, at which point they will all be ass-to-ass anyways. I'm not finding it loud whatsoever...

I hope not! I ordered a 4x kit of HyperX Predator, which is SK-Hynix. The QVL for the MSI board has it running at 3200Mhz but I guess I'll find out soon enough.
For those of you getting the MSI board, which RAM kit are you ordering? I'm thiiis close to pulling the trigger on some HyperX (HX432C16PB3K4/32). It's Hynix, but also the only 32GB 4x kit rated at 3200 on the QLV. Are Hynix chips still an issue?
