if you all want to waste your money than be my guest. Dish network sux and Direct TV isnt that great either (though you get a lot more channels). hell the other day a I had some of my channels go out while others still worked fine. Then the audio was echoing on some of the other channels.
I have dish network and it is really crappy. The picture is very pixelated and the friggin signal always goes out. If you can get something like didgital cable you would be much better off. I used to have it and it is so much better.
Also they dont have nearly as many channels as say Time...
type in the console "com_maxfps 0" without the quotes and it will no longer lock your fps. Quake 3 by default will not allow your system to run over 85 fps. Change it to what ever # you want but 0 tells it to let it go as high as it can without restriction.
