a friend of mine has a AMD 3000+, iGB RAM, 4 250GB HDDs on a RAID 5 card, slimline DVD/CDRW, and Radeon 9800 Pro,.. all powered by his 200W PSU, after long lan sessions, the PSU gets really hot.

I got the 80mm panaflo, and set it to full. It is quieter at full than the sunon with smart fan enabled and it cools well. This fan has no RPM sensor, so you cant enable smart fan with it.
If you want a quieter fan and still use smartfan, i'd recommend the enermax 80mm fan.

I am unable to use my Logitech usb keyboard in the rear ports of my SB61G2 in WinXP.
I can use it when i connect it to the front USB but not the rear ports. The keyboard works in the rear port when i boot and go into the BIOS but not when it goes into WinXP.

The Shuttle website has a utility called winflash.
It allows you to flash your BIOS without the need of a floppy.
Check out the support on their site and their FAQ has the answer..

Jamison is right, the stock cooling system works well. I'd only recommend changing the fan to a quieter or more powerful one that has RPM sensing capability (like a Panaflo) so that the Smart Fan feature still works.

These chips will run hotter than non HT enabled CPUs because more of the silicon is being used at once when HT is enabled.
Use more of the chip at a time == more heat.

Who did you speak to at Albatron to give you that answer? I emailed "Dr. Pro" and all I get is a Intel PDF talking about voltage specs for the CPU.

Seems that undervolting is gonna hurt OCing the CPU, as for the RAM I havent't seen any apps that can measure the voltage. I saw your image link with your settings, nice setup! :)

The Pro II uses Intel's CSA bus for the gigabit ethernet and the Pro uses an external 3Com chip over the PCI bus. Many 865PE mobos dont use the CSA bus.
