That's up to you if it gives you a piece of mind. I won't ever use a stock cooler. Even if I'm not overclocking, the stock cooler doesn't keep the CPU cool enough for me.
I've been using the H60 the past 9 months without any issues. It does the job well. You can't go wrong with either one. Corsair support is really good though I've read in case you do run into problems.
If everyone would have just accepted what he said over a year ago, the number of strokes people are giving themselves in all of this BD discussion would be greatly reduced.
I just read the HardwareHeaven review and the benchmarks were more favorable for the FX-8150 compared to the 2600k than the other reviews.

They weren't using the AMD press kit ASUS CH5 motherboard.
