Activating WinXP if it's already been activated.

I have a similar situation. My harddrive recently crashed on my second computer. The manufacturer is Systemax and it came with COA label on the PC. They did not provide me a restore cd as a copy/image of the XP OS was stored in the harddrive which has gone bad. How do I re-install win XP on...
