Two DHCP servers

In what sense are these "two (separate) networks"? Unless they are separated by a router that can forward BOOTP requests, I don't think you can do what you are asking. But I'm not entirely clear what you are asking. Unless you have a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0, then you do not have *.x.x.x...

Can you clarify what you are recommending here? In DHCP, you don't create "zones", you create "scopes." ("Zones" are what are created in DNS.) In Windows DHCP, it is possible to join multiple scopes into "superscopes" or "multinets," but those are for servicing DHCP requests over networks...

Windows File Permissions

What Buzzard is talking about, I think, is "Taking Ownership." That's what you need to do. Administrators can always take ownership, and then give themself permission to access a resource.

How do you propose to connect to the LAN? Pass that hurdle, and it is as simple as: net use t: \\servername\sharename t:\i386\winnt where you've copied the CD to a folder on "servername" and shared it as "sharename". All this talk about RIS seems a bit of overkill, to me.

How come I cant get my Memory Frequency above 105mhz?

What exactly are you multiplying when you change the multiplier?

You started off right, but derailed at the end with the preceding statement. If you change the multiplier, then you make the CPU work faster, but not the memory subsystem. If raise the fsb, then you get the memory subsystem to work faster. But it will never work as fast as the CPU. The CPU...

Red Hat and XP - File Sharing Question (Part 2)

Why not write about the NTFS file system? Compare it to FAT and FAT32 in terms of features, capabilities, etc. Emphasize features like encryption, NTFS permissions. You could broaden this to a paper on the subject of "security. The possibilities are endless.
