    That sounds alot like what I have and I'm pretty sure it's Sciatica. I've been waking up three nights in a row and it's fcking miserable, laying down really makes it hurt so I've been trying to sleep in more upright position. I still wake up on my back every time... It started about a week...

    If you've ever had a very realistic dream you can remember every detail about, it's not hard to imagine, in lucid dream you're in control. It's an interactive movie you write as you go... and nothing is impossible. The hardest part for me is to not wake up myself up, which I usually do :(
