    All Pentium 3s have been multiplier locked. You pick a lousy processor to try to overclock, since it is already using the 133mhz bus, you would have been better getting a P3 on 100mhz bus which would have let you overclock it to 133mhz. It just isn't worth tring to overclock, sorry.
