Mouse won't work on mousepad after rinsing

I'm not sure where I got the idea, but I rubbed baby powder on the mouse pad and it is working perfectly again. Very, very strange.

What is this bolt called?

AnonymouseUser - ok, that might be the best plan. I'll have to figure out what to use for the rod, and how to fatten up the ends once it is inserted through the hole in the coupling so it doesn't slide out. Any suggestions there?

What is this bolt called?

I just did some googling (for "1/4-20 lead screw" and "1/4-20 power screw" and "1/4-20 allthread") and found all kinds of threaded bars, but none of them had the sliding rod like on a vice where you slide it, turn it with a long lever arm for torque, then slide it and repeat - you know what I mean?

What is this bolt called?

Mouse/keyboard sharing without admin rights

EagleKeeper - moving around a plug is certainly not the same as having it "just work", and putting two keyboards on a desk and having to switch between them is ridiculous in my opinion. I will look into KVM switches, but what is "SDK permission"?

Yea, but there are no ports blocked in the config - so why would there blocked ports? The website is columbiatn.com, but I didn't mention it previously because it is not the websites fault - so what difference does it make :) ?

Mark messages on pop3 server as read without downloading them?

I check the same pop3 account from several computers, so I leave the "leave messages on server" in the mail client checked, so that when I download the mail on computer A, computer B will also see that there is new mail. The problem is if I get a new computer, or switch clients or something...

Copy from USB drive VERY slow

Oh yea, now that I look it is a TN! I thought the "Ultrasharp" series was the ips? Guess I was wrong. It stinks that the 2209wa doesn't have USB ports.. but it looks like it still has the good stand (height adjustable, tilt, swivel) that the 2208wfp has.
