I went to the local staples and found out that all of these maxell dvd-r were made in taiwan, so it's not as good as it was made in japan, right?

Taiyo Yuden 100 pack 4x DVD-R TY01 Revived!

anyone bought it yet? Can someone confirm that this indeed is a taiyo yuden TYG01 made in Japan? I was checking out the maxell deal at Staples, all of them were made in Taiwan instead of made in Japan. I want to make sure this is good media before I actually buy it. Thanks
