I found the problem. If CPU utilization is set to 100 percent, it clocks a 2.8Ghz processor at 3.5 Ghz 90+ degrees C. If I set it to 99 percent it runs at like 65C 2.8Ghz no matter what you do. No wonder the CPU was boiling.

I still think there is something else. Waking it up. What happens if it is in a laptop bag when it decides to wake up? If you look at the event logs it says source unknown.

It was mcupdate waking up the computer. Corkgy the WiFi mechanical switch was in the on position when I hibernated the computer. This link helped.WiFi wake was not enabled. mcupdate woke it up not a device.
