ok heres what i got

ASUS P5A i didnt up grade my bios
anyways the rest is like basic stuff
770viper//cd-rom32x/ sound awe64 SB isa :)
The problem is that when the installation is done and it boots up to go into win2k after loading...

Ok thanks for the help i will try all these things has soon has get back to work monday but we did install the bios update on the cd.
I am sure its some thing to do with the bios we have to desable something there.
If you guys get this whats the secret to installing a OS on a AV7...

on the A7V ok first the A7V is abit tricky to install OS, ok heres some things you should do(note the bios on the board will not detectyour DD on ATA100 or scsi cause the bios will detect normal stuff like ata66,flopy...
