I had the same problem but worse - I would get a hard windows lockup with the port enabled in the BIOS. The Marvell port worked fine.
I had to RMA the board.
My setup was running great but last week both network ports died - no known reason.
Would show "short" in BIOS and then do a hard lockup in windows - disabled the ports and put in a temporary PCI network card awaiting for a RMA swap.
GuitarDaddy's post are always most helpful also.
Don't get too excited about any great deals.
Think display items 20-30%.
Go early but be ready to leave MT handed.

The Zalman NB47 fits nice ? it took me a few extra minutes to get it just right as you have to align the brackets.
Temps went from 32-33 with the 8K screamer OEM fan to 40 with the Zalman. I placed a slow speed case fan to blow across the Zalman bringing the temp down to 29-30. I can see why...
