Open Multiple Word Docs At Once

I need a way to click on one folder...and tell a program (i.e. MS Word or any other program that reads .doc files) to open all docs in that folder and subfolders. And the files are not scattered all over the hdd just in one folder that has three or four subfolders. Basically I need a "just...

I tried disabling the firewire adapter but as soon as I hit the disable button the system crashes and gives me the same error as before. I'm off to school now but I'll look at it when I get home and see what I can do.

Oh I forgot to ask...is there a certain brand that's more reliable than others for a wired/wireless config? My Netgear has been extremely reliable but I don't know their quality when it comes to wireless.

lol...I completely forgot about the budget part. I suppose something around $1500. Definately no more than $1800 though. I'm kinda partial to Dell but I don't know how their laptops are. I like the IBMs too but they seem overpriced a bit.
