If by three prong you mean the fan header on the motherboard... I definately wouldnt wire all three to it. You would be in danger of really damaging your motherboard. I would tho splice the three together w/4prong for a hookup to the PSU.
Ummm.... Dynomat as an isulation can cause your sys to heat up if you let the heat stay in there. Or it can be a great insulation to trap cold air. Member insulation can be used for both. Just make sure you have good airflow and a well thought out fan placement with (as close as posable)...
