I have a VisionTek GF3-Ti200 with TV-out. I just tried plugging the computer into the TV (without the monitor) and it shows up. But I noticed that the color depth on it is only 16 colors, which defeats the purpose of showing anything on it. Is there a way I can help this? I have...

My computer's display setting is currently set at True Color 32-bit at 1152x864. For some reason, the colors changed to 256 colors and it keeps the same colors although i change the colors back to 32-bit. How are you supposed to fix this?
ok, I fixed it. It turns out that the disk I had needed to be organized in folders, so the install program was looking for a certain folder (/win2000) that I didnt have. I made a folder, and it worked. Very strange, that I pulled it right off the asus site. Well thanks again for the help.
yes, I did... that's when it prompted me to insert the disk with the Promise information. I just tried reinstalling everything again, and it seems to persist. Any other suggestions? Thanks for the help sohcrates :)
