OK, maybe I spoke too soon. I still get them, but not nearly as often. I am still wondering why I did not have this before. Maybe i did not notice, but I upgraded from a TNT, and never had this problem with this montherboard.
Any other ideas anyone?

I am getting flashing textures with my new Hercules Prophet II MX.
THis is in any D3D game.
I think this may be releated to updating my Bios (abit BH-6) to the current SS version to correct lockups. As far as I know I did not have the problems before.
Any ideas?

Any cause this. Even the basic lock the workstation one.
If I turn them off everything is fine, other than it hangs on shutdown. (doesn't turn the PC off)

I am having system lock ups when my PC is idle. Seem to be releated to active desktop, but maybe not. I get the restore active desktop screen after reboot. It is either locking when my screen saver turns on or when i turn it off. I think it may be both.
My system:
Celeron 566@852mhz

I am planning on upgrading my Video card. I have been looking at the Geforce cards, but not sure about which one.
My current set up is 566Celeron O/C 852mhz
196MB ram
Creative Labs LIVE PCI 512 sound card
STB TNT 4400 AGP
Any ideas?
