Make sure you let prime95 run a bit...I see you took the screen pic at 30 min into the test. You may not have hit your highest temp or found stability.....My chip can run benches at 1.22v though not...

Do you know what the odds are an air cooler can even cool a cpu , albeit in this case overvolted to 1.36v to ambient room temp?
Plus if you are at 23c idle you are only seeing a 23c swing from idle to load with an air cooler that based on reviews I saw was upper middle of the road for air...

Unfortunately reviews do not agree with you and only 1 or 2 of the most expensive air coolers (some costing as much as 75 dollars) came close....but no 40 dollar air cooler like the one the OP listed in another thread that in reviews was bested by H50 and H70 is goinging to outdo an H100...
Here is my overnight stress testing at 4.5ghz....
The prime95 was small FFT and all 4 cores for around 4 hours...then I sent LinPack and gave it full memory range and went to bed....
Now off to work...testing for 4.6ghz to come tonight...
I was running 4.8ghs in cinebench with 1.36v with an H100 water cooler and ambient room temp of 23c and my idle temps are around 31-32c...so I still think you temps are odd....and that has nothing to do with benig a sweet chip.

I have the HC100 and my thermals were quite low still even at the 4.7ghz. I ran several benches at 4.8ghz but with a random BSOD I have to find the culprit an drule stuff out. I cannot have random BSOD....

Well consider the 2500K and 2600K have been out for a better part of the year and they still pull 3:1 ratio on a new product.....AMD numbers already lower will take a nose dive based on the reviews and natural progression..I would say that sucks...Could be 4:1 next week and then 5:1 after...
