I have a 5agm3 mb which as marketed in LA a few yeears ago under the OZZO name It's a SS7 with the VIA MVP chipset. I'v usd a K62 300and two K6 III CPUs. All have worked well. I'm using it now with K6 III+ 450 as my Linux box. No problems.
