I am going to order two 128 sticks of Kingston memory and a 64 stick. The two 128s are going in my HP3370 laptop and the 64 stick in my CTX EZ-Book. The idea is to swap the 64 from the HP into the CTX and have a full boat in both machines. I'm prettty sure I'm OK with the HP,but have some doubts...
I'm not one of the lucky few to get one of these, but I'd like to thank TuOni for the post. The people at the store sounded shell-shocked at the number of orders they recieved overnight. Just illustrates the power of AnandTech.
I also had some difficulty getting the site to load. What I did may work for some in the future. Went to techbargains and went to laptops. They had the technical specs and a direct link to the seller, which loaded immediately.
I just got off the phone with the customer service rep. First the laptop is a PIII and comes with a 1 year warranty. Now the bad news, they only had 10 units. This is the first day that it's been on sale and they already have the 10 units sold, plus 25 additional orders lined up. I ordered one...
