In an old vehicle the above statements are correct. Personally, I would just rebuild the front end. If you want stiffer suspension than an 87 then upgrade to stiffer bushings. Before you mess with changing any geometry make sure you know what your doing. If you couldn't figure this one out on...
It's almost if I'm talking to my son! Lol! I think if you check you'll find that the Miata is low on insurance due to the low power of the engines. My son loved his for exactly what your looking for.
The rotary is actually a good engine except for its quirky-ness. Every time you stop you have...
They really can't fix anything that isn't broken or you can't show them and anything else is wearable items not covered under warranty anyway. Unless you suspect something wrong I personally think it would be a waste of money.
Brand means a lot but it's mostly about costs. My Mini Enkei rims were around $125 they perform much better than stock but the stock seem to be more stout. The person that owned the car before me curbed all 4 of them and even bent one. The lighter rim is more flexable to bending but has its...
I agree mostly but as he stated that he checked the wheel bearing so I was assuming at first that was ok. If the caliper doesn't float and is frozen it can cause one pad to wear and the pressure can pull the bracket toward the rotor causing it to rub once the pad has worn down. This would take...
I'm not sure what type of pins or sliding setup you have but usually there is pins that allow the rotor to move freely side to side when brake pressure is applied. Most of the time it is the bolt that holds the caliper on that has the pin made on it. If it doesn't move freely it can cause your...
I quoted 3 different sentences separately because they are 3 different symptoms.
No1. Would be the pads. Grinding would be metal to metal and stopping would be bad also with the pads gone the pedal would go to the floor
No2. This would be the brake booster and possibly loss of engine vacuum to...
I would suspect the CSB. Sometimes a new part can be bad so I would suspect that first. Also check the tires for a broken belt...

Me and the wife have the Sante Fe T and with 120k miles with no issues. I know your looking for a price below $4k so I think you could get a higher mileage 2007 to 2010(Like my mom owned) that will be good for that price. We also tow a teardrop with no issues.
