It's healthier if you don't put in the sauce packet and just eat the noodles (you can add veggies and other stuff to make it more tasty). I think the sauce is what makes it unhealthy.
why don't u drop him like subtle hints that he smells and needs to shower or put on deodorant at the very least? Or if you are confident, tell him up front that he smells like a sour disgusting raunchy rag and needs to do something about it.

Tell her to drink TONS of Green tea with Honey/Lemon -- I mean literally 10 cups of tea a day. I did that when I started getting a cold and it went away within a day or two. Also, perhaps taking an airborne tablet? Hope everything goes well.
