A 6 core CCX is unlikely, 64 is not a multiple of 6 :) 64 core is happening with Rome, sadly can't tell more.
AMD received feedback from multiple sources for the first Epyc that the number of cores in a CCX should be increased to allow certain kind of server apps to run better. So my bet is on 8...
