At my place of work you could also compromise a machine by having physical access to it, but you wouldn't be able to get on the domain/network afterwards.
Low rent, both cars paid off, no credit card debt, modest lifestyle, no wife (got rid of that problem), no kids.
Making a decent salary doesn't hurt either.
This will all change dramatically soon because I plan on buying a house and replacing all my furniture.

I placed an order on the 12th and was so impressed with the price and speed of delivery that I placed another order last night (8/18 - around 5 PM).
