Scary situation last night at the park with my Wife and Son

He probably was harmless, but you can't ignore that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach. At least you didn't just jump up and thump the hell out him.

Finger nail biting

I finally stopped biting my nails at the age of 24, it can be done! I stopped biting them one at a time, it sounds crazy but it worked for me. I stopped biting my thumb nail on my left hand, when that grew I stopped biting my pointer finger nail etc,etc,etc. Good luck!
