I currently am using ASRock X570 Taichi myself and i have no any complaints regarding the mobo. It is one of the best mobo in terms of price per performance
You definitely can do it with GTX 1650. I too am not much into gaming these days but looking at all other capabilities of the components, you would do great :)
Getting GTX 1660 Super is recommended rather than getting RTX 2060 because there is performance improvement of less than 30 % in the latter. And to justify a purchase generally more than 50 % increment in performance is expected for the price difference you are paying for. Also, The...
Increasing RAM will definitely help[ to get a better gaming experience. Buy a 1x 8gb of RAM with 2400MHZ speed (if your mobo support it). So you can use that RAM in your future build

No doubt that RX550 is better GPU than 1030.
Rx550 is more costlier than 1030 but if I find them for almost same price then I will definitely consider buying RX550
GTX 1060 will be the good option but i think it will bottleneck with your current CPU. ALso definitely consider a PSU upgrade, as PSU is the most important component of any PC build
I don't think you need any upgrade on your PC right now but if you still want to upgrade, then only thing you have to upgrade is RAM. Also I 16gb is sufficient no need to go with 32gigs
To play PUBg with good gaming experience I willl suggest you to get ryzen 5 and GPU you can go with RTX2060 but if you want to go with some cheaper side then 1060 or 1050 ti will be also fine. IT will definitely give a good gaming experience at 1080p at high setting.
If you are using this for gaming then you should get ryzen 5 2600 and get a better GPU as RX560 is a underperforming GPU. You should aleast have to buy RX570 or RX580
There is no huge difference in the performance of both of GPU, so If you want to save some bucks then go with the cheaper one but the price difference doesn't matter to you then I will strongly recommend you to go with gigabyte variant of GPU
