Thanks for your help. I replaced that PSU with other one and PC is working fine now. But still GPU is not working I think GPU is permanently damaged. Now I am finding out what was the reason of this all issues. So next time I can save my new PSU from this.

Last time the PSU of my OLD PC is too much damaged and even it was impossible to use it so I replaced it with new PSU, and my old graphic card is also permanently damaged and I can no more use it. Is it due to this fluctuation of the voltages?
