I'm not wheel-chair bound. My movement/mobility is restricted by painful involuntary muscle spasms that occur internally. And after what looks like to be glaucoma as well(after two angle closure attacks) I'm feeling rather helpless.
The money is gone forever, police can never get the money back. Due process will take years to complete. The impact to my overall health/wellness can never be undone by simple restitution as well.
