    That usualy means you pluged in your floppy drive's ribbon cable in backwards. Reverse it and try booting up. For the cpu, in the bios setting make sure you set it to FBS of 133mhz.

    Wow, that's really low. Your mb can support ata 100 and you are using the 80 wire ide cables right? hm. (14 gig, it might only be able to support ata 66). Under device manager, check to make sure the hd is using ultra dma.

    Not necessarly. I have a Norcent burner that is a rebadged lite-on. It got detected as a Norcent cd burner in device manager. I later flashed it with the lite-on firmware.
