    pcthuglife...... YOU RULE MAN :) That was it . I disabled Norton internet security and I was able to get most functions back except fpr messaging which I had to disable Ad-aware for. Thank you so much buddy ! And Kamper too for trying . I appreciate it.

    No, no malware last time I checked. Got Ad-aware running with a host of other apps like Spyware blaster, Spybot s & d. It's only on AT that I seem to have this problem though. I can take care of all other things online including paying my bills. I'm just stumped

    Monitor Recommendations

    I use a iiyama Vision Master pro454. Two vga ports and 4 usb on board! I may be biased, but this is by far the best monitor I have ever used (and I have used many ). Incredible quality and the most stringent safety standards in the world. So, yeah, I am biased :D

    Keep em coming. Read somewhere that the Sony's not as bright as the Iiyama. Some folks had issues with longevity with some Sony CRT's( G400) 1 1/2 TO 2 years sometimes.

    Expanding monitor screen ! ?

    Running at 1280x1024@85hz, which is recommended by the manufacturer. :( Thinking about returning it. Bummer, I like this monitor otherwise. Sharp text, very good graphics Oh well ! What to get next ? :D

    I wonder why some monitors are prone to such behavior while others aren't ? Better quality perhaps . Some Sony's seem to have that pattern too , according to some reviews I've read.

    Every time I start my system, my monitor is cut off about 1/8" top and bottom. Looks as if the image was pushed outwards. After it warms up, it then shrinks back to normal. (Takes about 30 minutes) Anyone experience this ? Is this normal Viewsonic A90f+. Only 4 days old :D Radeon 9700 pro...
