    GA-P35-DS4 Rev 2 Strange Problems.

    Just finished building a new computer using this MoBo, a Q6700 and Crucial Ballistix but went w/ Win XP. Besides an initial small problem (my bad) very nice MoBo. Lots of features for the price. I would not over look it. Maybe the OP just got a bad apple. BTW, mine came with BIOS F6.

    Yeah, turned out to be the HDD. Because of the keyboard failure half way thru the windows install it corrupted the windows install on the HDD so, the MoBo wouldn't see the HDD as a new blank drive but also not as one w/ windows installed either. Problem solved. Thanks for you help.
