hmmm i dunno about winXP but wouldn't creating a shortcut (right click, new, shortcut) with just "control" or "control.exe" in the location box work

lol a while back when they first started putting AGP slots on motherboards a friend tried to tell me that there was this awesome sound card coming out using the AGP standard... i'm like, do you even know what AGP stands for, he's like nah but this sound card should be so cool
