I think its very presumptuous to assume that the deal will get approved. NVidia proposed to acquire ARM Holdings and they still need regulatory approval in the US, UK, EU and most importantly, China. Sure NVidia proposed remedies, but with customers in the US complaining to the DoJ and UK...
